I.      Requirements and Criteria

Selection should be based on three requirements: an essay related to this year’s YEC theme (Pathways out of Poverty), accomplished application form, and a recommendation from one of the Economics professors of the student.  The application form includes the following information:

·               Personal Profile

·               Academic Profile

·               Leadership Profile

·               Service Profile

·               Achievements in activities related to Economics

Submitted requirements will be reviewed by the screening committee comprised of selected members from YEC, JPES and other non-JPES organizations.
